When doing an IgG vegetarian food intolerance test, it is recommended to eat a large variety of foods in the two weeks prior to testing. Include as many of the foods that are being tested in the specific allergy panel you have chosen. If foods are not included in the diet during this time, a false negative result may be obtained. Recent exposure to these foods may be required for antibodies to be present in the blood.

Anaphylaxis: This report does not identify anaphylaxis. Avoid all foods to which you have had an anaphylactic reaction previously and consider consulting your doctor for advice.
